Our Mission

To protect and serve our customers by delivering a prompt, thorough and professional inspection for a reasonable price.

We are a member in good standing of the following organizations:

Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI)

National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI)

Other Associations: Better Business Bureau

Inspections are conducted in accordance with __CAHPI(Canadian)   and    NACHI(National)    Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. Copies of these are provided at the beginning of the inspection and are also available at www.cahpi.ca and www.nachi.org Client participation is encouraged as this is a valuable time for exchange of information between the client and the inspector.
